Pressure test the remaining sprinkler dry pipe in the attic to ensure its integrity. Supply, install, and pressure test the new piping to replace what was removed from the attic space, then verify Life Safety System The current state of the ceiling is in poor condition, as there were many areas affected by the cracked sprinkler lines. The two areas most affected are the garage bay, and the cell block, these areas became the most saturated during this incident.
 
Further description includes removal of existing dry piping system including branch lines and sprinkler heads. Provide new dry pipe system which includes main lines, branches, sprinkler heads, low point drains, and a new dry valve. Wet piping system and air compressor system to remain. Replace 2 lamp T-8 fluorescent strips lights c/w wire guards as identified. Reconnection and re-testing of fire alarm devices on sprinkler tree, re-verification of sprinkler system (fire alarm technician and electrical engineer). Replace damaged and water stained drywall. Repair ceiling finish. Remove all cellulose based blown-in insulation within the attic. Replace insulation with a fibreglass type material. Approximate attic area is 7020ft2.
