PW 166194 (2) -CT - SDS-Lighting Retrofit

This scope of work includes replacing lamps as per Plans and Specs.
 
• 32W-T8 lamp retrofit to 25W-T8 lamp – this involves a total of approximately 10,000 light
fixtures of which 16% are 2 lamp and the remaining are I lamp. Thus, total number of lamps
to be replaced, approximately 11,600.
• LED lamp retrofit (for MR16, BR30, PAR30) – this involves approximately 700 fixtures
• Incandescent A19 to CFL lamp retrofit – this involves approximately 80 fixtures
• LED fixture retrofit for outdoor and lobby – this involves approximately 70 fixtures
 
The above numbers are estimates and the contractor needs to refer to the Plans and specs.
 
A separate unit price is requested for each lamp type replacements, lamp holder replacement and ballast replacement required for the project.
 
This is an SDS Energy saving project a recycling certificate will be required for all lams that are removed and or replace.
