Additional Bidding Instructions

It is a requirement for all personal to have a minimal security clearance of FA2. If you do not have these clearances you must, upon award of the project, submit the appropriate paper to the RCMP to obtain this clearance level.

Where the Bid price exceeds $100,000.00 , or as otherwise specified, the Bidder shall submit written confirmation from a duly licensed surety company to provide final security (as prescribed in the Contract) of a 50% performance bond and a 50 % labour and materials payment bond in respect of the Work. Such agreements or undertaking must be in a commercially reasonable form and name SNCL O&M or client as beneficiary. Only bonds issued by firms licensed to issue surety bonds in the province or territory in which the Work is taking place will be accepted.
