Description

Electrical Contractor shall act as Constructor (General Conctractor).
This projects consists in providing a generator for continuty of business operations to BGRS (Majority Tenant) who presently occupies most of the 1st and all of the 2nd floors. The new generator and existing UPS will be used to provide reliable power in the event of outages or significant brown-outs from Hydro Ottawa. This new generator will not be serving any required liffe-safety power functions.
