Description

Work includes, but not limited to:

Install AHU with electric duct heating safety disconnect switch and new drives/demolish existing.

All ductwork to be cleaned and air balanced with report.

Ductwork to be expanded.

Remove underground fuel tank.

Remove boilers and incinerator.

Install electric heating in vestibules and basement.

Remove range AHU and ducts.

Reinsulate ductwork on 2nd floor.

New AHU to be installed with new controls integrated to the existing DDC.

Replace roof sleepers as required.

Electrical work as indicated on Electrical drawings.

All cutting, patching and painting to match existing conditions.

All other work as indicated in the specification and on drawings.
