A proposal shall consist of:

Information and documentation which satisfies the evaluation criteria set out in Schedule B. (Information provided in the proposal must be structured in accordance with the headings listed in Schedule B.)

A signed SCHEDULE C - Proposal Submission Form Two bound hard copy originals plus an Acrobat (.pdf) copy on CD are to be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly labelled with the phrase: “RFP No. 22-15-003 for Cafeteria Food Services” to the address and attention of the Facility Manager identified above. Time of receipt will be determined by the clock at the delivery location. No proposal or amendment to any proposal will be accepted or considered if received after the deadline.
