In point form the actual work being tendered for 7 floors is to:
 Replace fan motors of AHUs.
 Provide new Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) for AHUs.
 Modify Air Terminal Units (convert Fan Power Boxes to Variable Air Volume boxes).
 Modify perimeter heating.
 Replace pneumatic controls with Direct Digital Control (DDC).
 Modify existing Building Automation System (BAS).
 Balancing and testing.
 Commissioning (Cx).
 Demonstration and training.
