This project is to replace the Kitchen cabinet, re-plumb sink and faucet, replace carpet tiles, baseboard, and repaint the room, located at Surrey Taxation Data Centre, 9755 King George BLVD, Surrey B.C.
Kitchen Cabinet
·Product available from Office Max- see attached furniture spec package
·Includes backsplash, counter top, side filler for the base, sink cabinet, standard base cabinet with doors and drawers.
Plumbing
·Replumb new cabinet to existing sink and faucet provided by owner
Carpet
·Remove existing and replace with stock carpet
·Carpet provided by owner, located at Rosedale warehouse in Delta, contactor to arrange and pay for pick up for quantity required
·Baseboard to be provided by contractor
Paint
·Repaint all interior walls
·Match existing- Low VOC, kitchen and bath white paint- provide samples for approval
